SMS terms

Cityline Driving NYC sends text messages (SMS) to customers who explicitly opt in to receive them. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign texts.

By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Cityline Driving NYC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you do not opt in, you can still book lessons with us and receive responses through other channels (phone call, email, Telegram, WhatsApp).

• Booking confirmations after you schedule a lesson
• Lesson reminders approximately 24 hours before your appointment
• Schedule updates — reschedules, cancellations, or weather-related changes
• Direct responses to questions you send us by SMS

• “Hi Sara, your beginner lesson is confirmed for Saturday May 11 at 10:00 AM. Pickup: Brighton Beach. — Cityline Driving NYC. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Reminder: your driving lesson with Cityline Driving NYCis tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “Cityline Driving NYC: your 11:00 AM lesson on Friday is rescheduled to 11:30 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. A typical lesson generates 2–4 messages (confirmation, reminder, occasional follow-up). We do not send recurring campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Cityline Driving NYC does not charge for the messages themselves; standard rates from your mobile carrier apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages from us at any time. Reply STOPto any text we send. You will receive a final confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also email us at 4drivetest@gmail.com to be removed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service is offered on an as-available basis. Service is available in the United States only.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described above. See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your information.

We may update these SMS terms occasionally. The current version is always posted at this page. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers.
